responsibility:
customer service by telephone or on site
responsible for our customers across asia (china, singapore, malaysia…)
support of the sales engineers and solve ultrasonic welding application


particular tasks:
answer technical service calls from customers
service visits to customers
demonstration of ultrasonic welding machines
support applications work in the plastics laboratory
support of the sales engineers
pre-acceptance and final acceptance of machines
travel and service on site.

skills:
technical mechanical or electrical background
good english skills
easy understanding of complexes tasks
knowledge in cad desired
chinese driver’s license
engineering background

residence: in taicang                                

education: technical education as engineer

foreign languages: english

experience (desirable but not fully required):
technical experience in branches like control technique, pneumatics, machine-building

personality:
    honest, open, self engaged, interest in new technologies, sympathy, flexible, suitable for our team, good communication.
